Probably from a Game Plan Kaos video game. ;)

This one provides some background... Looks like it was Game Plan's first video game. Maybe they changed the boards significantly at some point because it was their first video game hardware project.

I have several KAOS Boards + 5+ Pot of Golds, 4 Leps, 5 Pirate Treasures all the same board design and none look anything like this one. Which is why I am asking for a ID of it.

Sorry, I went back and edited my post at the same time you were responding... Since it was their first video game, maybe the board design changed significantly at some point. Other games have variations too like two board or four board stacks, etc.
 
I could see a popular board like Dk which did this but a game that from tags in all the cabinets I have had never lasted more then 3 months in the arcade before being converted to Pot of Gold. I have the harness with it so maybe one day I'll get around to testing it.
