ok so i have been messing with my new pc10
i got it and all the games worked
next day i go toplay smb and where the first boxes are is just a wall going straight up

ok well i go ahead and move slots and the problem stays with the cart
ok so
i took my duck hunt pcb that works fine and change the solder points to the smb cart spec and change smb to duck hunt pcb spec
swap chips betwene the boards
and duck hunt roms work on the smb cart but i still have the peoblem with the smb even on the duck hunt cart

keep in mind hogans alley duck hunt excitebike and gradius are all working just fine in my machine

ok next step
i go buy a smb nes cart desolder the chips and replace the pc10 chips with the smb chips

again same problem

so
my problem is not the cart itself ,the roms, or the socket on thepcb itself

ok well after some more testing
i figure out that if the machine is off for abit and i turn it back on smb works fine but as it warms up it errors out again and i start having problems with smb again

at that point i noticed the z80 was quite warm at the point that it was starting to get errors
swaped the z80 with another one that is confirmed good
and no improvment

whats my next step
i dont have a probe or o-scope
im thinking that one or more of the ram chips is going bad or is bad but it does not make sense that all the other games work great just smb does not

anyone have an idea if smb uses diffrent ram on the pc10 mb than any other game and if so what are the locations so ican just replace thoes chips instead of desoldering all 30 of the ram chips on theboard and replacing
