I'm keeping the cab (gonna build a MAME machine), but everything else is up for grabs. Everything works, but the yoke on the monitor is bad, and I'm tired of messing with it. Only one cart, World Heroes 2. I can't find a replacement yoke, and I think I'd rather just have a MAME/Hyperspin cab.

MAME? Noooooooooooooo!

I think you have a versioni three right.
I need the plastic marquee for this one since mine has cracks.

K7000 monitors are not hard to find. You should be able to replace the monitor locally and just get a few more carts. Where are you?

Sad solution to a simple problem. Dedicated MVS machines are special.

I love Neo Geo machines, but at some point, you have to determine whether its worth it to keep investing in something or just let it go. This thing has been a HUGE moneypit for me.

Is $150 for the board too much? That's what I've quoted a couple of people and haven't gotten any response...Seemed fair.

I'm willing to trade stuff for my MAME conversion too.

I've had very good luck using TV picture tubes/yokes in K7000 chassis. Before you scrap that game, you should at least try to fix it. You should be able to drop in an entire 25" TV tube and yoke - just check the resistance of the windings first, like I said, I've found several compatible ones.

I have had a lot of requests for the control panel and marquee overlay. My intent was to just part out the guts of the machine. These pieces help to complete the look of a proper arcade cabinet. I might be willing to work out some sort of trade deal for something that would replace those two things in terms of form and function. They add color, and I would rather not have a flat black cab and control panel with a big hole where the marquee goes.

It has been suggested that I "sell them to someone who can put them to good use and go find my own." These ARE my own. I OWN them, and honestly, I found that statement quoted above to be offensive and out of line.

If you're really that intent on parting it out, I could use the power supply as long as it's compatible with a 2-slot system. I'll be rebuilding the empty cab I picked up at some point into a 2-slotter.
