The board does work, but acts differently than a normal working board.

Part in C33 is broken, I'm pretty sure it says 533, but my other Rush says 530 on it's board. What is this part and where do I get a replacement. Would it cause funny issues with the board?

It looks like a a little ceramic part. If you consult your manual schematics there should be a parts list for the board telling you what goes where and what its value is.

Given its proximity to U2 and the size of the trace coming off it to the left, I would wager it's a decoupling cap. 53pF sounds a tad small for that application to me... try another .053uF (or something close to that, filter caps don't need to be exact) and if it still acts goofy, size down.
