Show me pics of your monitor sync wires please?I think I traced my problem to a sync problem but I wanted to see what it should look like thanks..

Put the black next to the blue, and the white on the far end. Try it like that...
 
stupid question: have you verified that you have a med res monitor in there and not a std res?

youd be suprised how many of these atari games come up with sync issues only to find out its got a std res monitor in a med res game!

Thats not a stupid question :) I plugged my Super Sprint into my Paperboy monitor and bam its got picture so yep its a med res.

Thanks mod I will try that after work..Heres what threw me off on the monitor.I dont know if you can see it in the pic but there are 2 white wires twisted together not just 1..
 
Well, I already delivered the Paperboy this past Sunday, so I can't look, but if yours is a K7xxx series like mine was, it should only need it to the horizontal sync pin. If it doesn't work that way, separate the two, check a wiring diagram to see which is horizontal and which is vertical, then stick the vertical next to the ground wire...
