Paperboy ground wire question

Can someone snap a pic of where the grounding wire that goes to the service panel connects to thanks.

Does this pic help? I don't have a Paperboy so I can't direct you to what harness the connection is coming from. I pulled the pic from this resto thread:

Lol...it seems so on all that I've seen. I replaced my with a strip of oak! super tough...
