Talked with Jpopson this morning, he has a dedicated spray booth set up at his shop now, and is painting again. Here's some previous items Painted by John, using my reproduction cabinets:

The previous nintendo cabinets i did, i used a luan to get the 9/16 side panel thickness, but the wood was very grainy and took way too much time to get smooth enough for paint. I am looking at a few options, in Maple, cherry, and a few others that is much smoother, just about double the price of Luan.

Nintendo cabinets contain 6 different wood thicknesses, and are a pain to assemble. Mine feature all the factory thicknesses and parts, and even the wooden coin bucket, and wooden control panel too.

The current run can be done in Blue, Orange (color matched) or red if someone can help us out with a paint code. These will be done in enamel, for both the color, and the black on the insides just like factory. Price of the fully assembled and painted cabinets is 525.00 I'd really like to get at least 6 - 10 orders, i need to purchase a full skid of the materials for the game sides. Requires 250.00 deposit, balance when cabinet is finished. Cabinets done in the order received. I am working on finishing up current orders, and would like to order materials in the next 5 days to schedule delivery, and give John an idea of how much material he needs to purchase.

Stenciled cabs will be down the road a bit, but Nintendo seemed like a good first choice to get some product out!

Pm me any questions, thanks! Brett

Located in Northwest Ohio.,. but unfortunately, i have to edit this.. I work for the Railroad, and don't have a spot locally to work till later this year, so i had to bid some system production gangs, and they are all working the southeast right now, so in probably 10 days i'm going to be headed to Ga, Ms, Fl, SC, or a Bridge team in NW Indiana. Scrambling to get cabs done that need to leave. I work 4 on, 3 off, but i'm not driving 30 hours round trip on the weekends. Probably come home once a month.

The way things are going around here at the moment, might not come back for several months..
