I placed one like a week ago and it doesn't show as accepted, pending or something in paypal.
You shouldn't expect any of that.. Ian is a pillar of the community and deserves some leeway.

I wish I would've seen this thread before placing an order. He needs to shut down the website if he can't fulfill orders. I ordered a cap kit from him that I needed for a route game and never received a shipping notice. I sent an email asking for a status update because I wasn't sure what was going on with no response and then I sent another email asking to cancel the order since i ordered from another source. Still no response.
I'm not sure what happened with him but it's completely irresponsible to take orders and not give people information. I wish Bob was still around.

why doesn't ian just log into his laptop or charity computer at some
rando church and sign into klov and tell everyone, HEY GUYS!
My most recent order shipped one day after i ordered and is arriving today. He seems to be back on the ball as far as i can tell.
Also noticed his kits are no longer "John's Arcade branded cap kits".....
One thing we have done is say that there is a 2-3 week leeway for orders because of how hectic everything has been.It's been posted on the site for a while now. Ian and I both have day jobs and we only do orders and emails at night and on weekends.

I don't have a bone in this fight, but it is only on your home landing page. It disappears once you go to products. Maybe add it to the shopping cart screen at check out? (I just added an item to the chart and didn't still see the message.)
