Purchased a brand new 13" WG monitor...Pacray packed this in original box as it was brand new..somehow through the fault of UPS they managed to snap off the neck by dropping it on its side prior to delivering to my door...no big deal...Pacray took care of everything on his end with the insurance claim and kept me updated almost daily and then sent me another brand new monitor before ever getting any refund from insurance on his end...Don't hesitate to do business with him..one of the good guys in the hobby as I've done business with him before and if by chance that rare problem arises he makes it right with no questions asked.
