So I'm starting my Pacman today. But this harness seems a little more confusing than I thought it would be. I have the harness, but the ends are all cut and not labeled. This is being converted back from a Commando. Here are some pics. One is whatI will be working with that is left from the Commando. Part of the power supply is there and also the switcher, which I am going to use. I circled the wire ends hoping that someone will be able to tell me which part they go to. Here's what I was thinking..
Purple>>speakers
Black>>Monitor
Red and Yellow>> CP?
White and Green>>Power Supply

I am trying to follow the pinouts located here..

Also,, all the ground wires, would they all just connect to the GD on the PS? Any help or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated. Thx

UPDATE: OK, I have most of the small stuff figured out, just not quite sure on the power wires. Phase A&B in 12V and 7V? I do have my switcher adjusted up to 6.8V. And also, where do all the grounds run to? To the earth ground on the PS? or to the regular ground? Once I have this, I should be up and running, hopefully. Just the time to get everything connected.

UPDATE: What I have done so far is hooked the 7V lines to the 7V and the 12V to the 12 and the grounds to the ground on the switcher, not the earth ground on the switcher though. I unhooked the edge connector and turned it on to check the voltage before I applied power to the PCB. My 7V line was at 6.9 but the 12V had crept up to 15V because of the adjustment I made to get the 5V up to 7V. Anyone have any suggestions for this. I don't want to put power to the board until someone can tell me if this will or won't hurt it.

STOP!

Turn the switcher down to 5vdc. Pacman had a transformer that provided 7vac and 12vac which was converted to 5vdc and 12vdc on the board.

The 22/44 edge connector is marked A-Z & 1-22. You need to connect ground from the power supply to pins 1, 2, A, B, 21, 22, Y, Z
5vdc to pins 3, 4, 5, C, D, E
12vdc to pins 19, 20, W, X

Thanks Dokert. That's exactly the info I was looking for!
