And into my small but growing Midway Row. This was the game I always wanted to showcase in my arcade. Why it took 6 years for it to get here, I'll never know. Granted, it's currently running a 60 in 1, but the iconic cabinet is what I really wanted. The fact that it plays Pacman pretty much perfectly makes me happy. The fact that it plays 59 other games makes my son very happy, though his favorite is, you guessed it, Pacman. Anyhoo, enjoy the pics:

I hope to be sporting a few pictures of my son doing that exact same thing when he gets a little older...he is just walking now..he does enjoy opening and closing my coin doors and grabbing whatever he can of my tools I leave lying around...:D

Is that a stencil job? Nice. Very nice.

I am starting to consider gouging my eyes out looking at all your restores though... I really hate not having shop space to work in...

60-in-1s ruin just about evrything..

I know you're young, and I think your heart's in the right place, but just stop. Seriously. This cab came to me as a hacked up nightmare, missing most of its original parts. I already have a dedicated Ms Pacman cabaret running an original PAC/ms. PAC board set with the 96 in 1 installed, so I think ive got my dedicated Pac needs covered. Go out, restore, paint and stencil your own PAC cab, then come back and ask me what I want you to do with it when you're done.

Oh yeah, check my resto thread sometime. It only spans like 4 years. My goal is to finish all projects this year.

Looks nice. Can't wait untill my house is done and I can start to restore my cabs and put them in the house. What 60-in-1 are you using? I have been thinking about building one and as long as a couple of the games work good I'll be happy.

Phet as always you do superb work, and I am envious to your taste and style when it comes to your game rooms and the games themselves.

Now what is the deal with the door? Is that a closet? At first I was worried that the door might possible swing open and put a dent in Pac-Man, but I see that DK Jr is blocking that.

And I am going to give you a hard time for leaving that NOS DK cabaret marquee sitting out like that for an accident to happen. I have mine in a protected place until I can apply mine. :p

Awesome meng. I still hate the name "Arcade Hades" though.

Now that you mention it, so do I. The room and much of the carpet are red, so I wanna emphasize that in the name, especially since the rest of the space is known collectively as 'Galaxy Blue'. I think I am gonna stick with the space theme that carries through Galaxy Blue and The Outer Limits and call this arcade space:

The Scarlet Vortex

Just worry about you. The marquee is under the glass of my cocktail table. No where could be safer.

The only 60 in 1 on the market. Mine may be from Taiwan instead of China, but they're all the same these days.

Shawn that control panel overlay that incorporates the original graphics with the 60 in 1 layout is awesome. I always look for those little extra details you put in your projects, well done!

Thanks Mike. The overlay is genius, and a gift from someone whom though I've never met, I actually consider a friend. I had to add the lighted buttons since I knew this machine would be sitting next to and would have to visually compete with Satan's Hollow. I think it holds its own now.

Care to name drop ?

As I mentioned in another thread I'm looking to redo a Pacman-mini with a 60-in-1 and would like to make it "Look as much like a pacman as possible".

Though I figured I would wire "Button 3" to the "player 2" button since (I think) only 2-3 games use it.
