I'll be welding "slugs" in the control panel holes. Then I'll be drilling new holes with a hole saw. I'm waiting for the custom CPO that I ordered to plot that out.

I am interested in seeing the custom CP overlay. I've done this exact project (pac cabaret that was gutted into arkanoid) and have been trying to figure out some art for the CP...

I've been waiting on member accuratemold to get back to me after offering to sell me one 3 weeks ago. I have one here, but like his better. He said that he had a bunch to sell. I need to know if I can chop his down slightly to fit a cabaret. Accuratemold seems to have fallen off of the face of the earth! Here's his:

I'll keep an eye on this thread to see how it works out. Might be something that would be easier to scan and reprint to the correct size rather than trying to chop it down.

After taking some time off to work on some other projects around the house, I was motivated after finding a bezel retainer (Z( bracket. I made some progress tonight. I assembled the coin door (still need to but the Midway plate), applied vinyl to the cabinet, pounded on the t molding, and put the coin door on.

Got the needed z bracket bezel retainer. Thanks TheMonarch4! Dropping the bracket and the control panel off for powder coat tomorrow.

Normally I hate seeing things get converted but I'm looking forward to seeing how this turns out, there's enough Pacmans out there that I don't feel bad about it.

Why yes it is. With no DK parts including monitor mounting brackets. They made some that mount the monitor horizontally. So it'll be a Super Mario cabaret at some point.
