I recently purchased two of these machines and finally got around to putting them back together. Admittedly I screwed up and plugged the power harness into a harness meant to link multiple machines together. In my defense they were labeled poorly. The machine will not power on or do anything at all. I am not sure if doing this fried something or if something else happened in transit. I know next to nothing about these machines or arcade machines in general but do have a multimeter. The other machine I have after I put it together works just fine. Some of the boards/parts/harnesses are difficult to see/get to so was hoping before I dove into taking a bunch of stuff apart someone had something easy to check first such as an inline fuse I cannot see or something.

Luckily since I had another machine I was able to find the part causing the problem. Can anyone point me to where I can buy a Tyze EMI Filter TY170C-10 its the part that the power cord plugs into with the on/off switch. I tried googling it but only found one where I had to purchase in bulk. I would prefer to replace it with the exact brand part I took out since I am not familiar with which brands are reliable but if anyone can point me to some that may be my only option. I don't want to install a cheap knock off part and have it damage my machine.

You probably won't be able to find the same part number, as the company that made the machines probably just bought them in bulk from the same place in China that quoted you.

However any EMI filter of the same rating and form factor should suffice. They are fairly generic parts, and most games have one of some kind.

Marco or some other distributor will carry them, if you don't want to gamble on ebay. See here:

Thanks. I didn't see one that matched on the site you linked me to but found a US based seller on ebay and picked up a couple. Really dodged a bullet on the repair was worried I fried a board or something. Still have a few more games that need odds and ends so I am sure the link will come in handy. Thanks again.

Well I got the EMI Filters I ordered online and they sent the wrong ones, looks like it was a drop shipper and the seller used the wrong stock photos. They might still work but are not the correct size 5/8" too small for the opening. Also I could really use some help figuring out exactly what type of coin mechs I need and doors. I purchased several machines from an arcade going out of a business and a couple days before picking them up I tested them/etc and they all had readers on them and I was told if I wanted mechs they would throw them in. While I was loading them they pulled a fast one on me and took all of the card readers and almost all of the mechs they replaced them with are broken or missing altogether.

Super Chexx USA/Canada I need both coin mechs. (both of the ones they installed are broken)
Pacman Basket Arcade Game (I need two coin mechs both are damaged/broken)
Pacman Pixel Bash (Missing the coin mech door and coin mech(s)

I haven't gotten to all the machines yet but I have a feeling I am going to need more than the ones listed above. So if anyone can link me to a good, reliable site to purchase them and possibly information to ensure I purchase the correct ones that would be great. Also it would be nice to purchase a bunch of locks that use the same keys. I understand these are probably ridiculously easy questions for you guys but I'm very new to all of this.
