Just testing the waters to see if there is any interest in my Pacman and Double Dk.

Pacman cab with a 4 pac board installed. Plays Pac normal + speedup and Ms. Pac normal and speedup. Game is in good condition.

Donky kong Jr cabinet with a Mikes double donkey kong board.

If there is any interest I will take some pics and post em. Games are located in Santa Cruz CA.

Ha, bizarre.

I actually live in Santa Cruz, just rescued a monitorless fixer-upper Donkey Kong two days ago (my first machine) and I was thinking about how I wanted a Pac Man someday!

Of course, I don't have the money to buy it right now, and I have my hands full with the Donkey Kong, so it's a moot point, but whatever.

You wouldn't by chance have a spare Sanyo 20EZ or some Nintendo t-molding and be willing to sell either would you??? That would be awesome if I could pick up a monitor from a local guy.

Complete greenhorn to all this...

PS: I know you're looking to sell a DDK that probably has a 20EZ in it, but it would be against my ethics to take it parted-out from that handsome machine you've got there so don't even think about selling THAT one to me!

Nice to see another Santa Cruz collector! Congrats on your first game! Naw I dont have any spare monitors or t-modling at the moment sorry! I may have the pac-man for a while if I cant get what I want for it now so maybe ill still have it when our ready! ;)

I don't know anything about the multi-Pac mod... does it leave the original Pac Man PCB intact? Would the multi-chip come in the deal?

If so, consider me long-term interested.

Man, I've only had this DK for 48 hours and your DDK is definitely tempting me... the cab I got is a wreck (it was $75 so I'm not worried about that), yours is a beaut, this would give me a monitor, a Junior board to go along with my original DK (which I need because DDK won't cut it for Twin Galaxies purposes), a spare power supply and all other bits and pieces... AND you're right in town. This would be the perfect companion piece to my DK, and would not devalue that purchase in any way.

I just wish I could justify doing this right now. I just bought a freaking engagement ring for god's sake...

Please sell both of these machines before I do something stupid.

Is that the original joystick? (Say no.)

Also, not to get too chit-chatty in your thread, but where in SC are you? I'm in Seabright.

If you weren't in CA...and on my side of the Country those would be gone..I have multiple people looking for these games that would pay that price all day..both games look very clean.

Yea its an original Pac-man PCB which was modded to play both games. Im sure you could put it back to regualr pac with the correct Roms installed. I do still have the original Pac PCB that came with the game too which has new Roms from Stephan since someone had converted it to Pac+

Congrats on the engagement! Im pretty sure its the original Joystick. I do have the origianl DK Jr PCB and Marquee as well if someone wanted that instead of the Double DK.

I am actually in Felton, but when I say that no one knows where that is! lol

No shit! I grew up in the valley! I went to SLV. Boulder Creek, Ben Lomond, Felton, and Lompico, I actually lived in 'em all at one time or another. I've been living here in town since '98. Now it's going to turn out that I know you... you wouldn't be about 35 would you?

What else can you say about the DDK? Any problems?

Nice! Ive been in the Santa Cruz area for about 8 years now. Love it here! Im actually looking to move to a smaller house to save money, hence trying to downsize my game collection... again!

I hadnt powered on the DK in about 6 months until tonight and wouldnt you know it... I think the power supply finally fried. Not bad for 30+ year old electronics! What I think I will do is order a Power supply conversion Kit from Arcade Shop so it can use a regular switching supply instead of getting another 30 year old fire hazzard of a power supply off the net. Other then that the game has worked like a champ!:)

Still interested, though a non-working PS is of course a factor!

If you'd rather not deal with the PS right away, or at all, that is an option in my case. We may be able to work out some kind of deal where you can just hand that problem off to me.

Alright so I do need to let both of these go fairly soon. I hate to let them go but it would be nice to see a fellow Klover give them a new home.

Pac-Man - In great shape. Has 4 in one (Pac + Ms Pac) modded origianl pac-man PCB. Monitor works great. Will also include a brand new replacement 6x9 speaker, Pac-man Plus Marquee, chips and daughter card so you can convert it to a Pac+. I also have the original un-modded Pac-man PCB that I can put in place of the multi pac if you want it original. Asking $500

Donkey Kong Jr. - Dk Jr. plywood cabinet with a Mikes Double Donkey Kong Board. Has Double DK Marquee and control panel stickers that i have not put on. Also have a new coin sticker I will include. In good shape. I thought that the power supply had failed cause when I tured it on last weekend I just got a grey screen when I turned it on but I just powered it up now and it worked perfect! Just played a couple rounds! :) Could use some new side art if you're a purist. I also have the original 2 board DK Jr PCB and marquee if you would like it in place of the Double DK board. Asking $500

I just uploaded a few more pics of DK working.

Pick up in the Santa Cruz area. I have a dolly and can help load.
