When you pay good money for a board, does the seller think it's not his responsibility to make sure the board is protected in transit? Lets say a 5 board stack of PCB's shows up to your house and the shipper doesn't pad the top or the bottom of the board. Just barely fit into a USPS flat rate box, with newspaper on each end. So you now have $100 board here, with almost every cap smashed and bent around on the board, and 2 half busted off the top board. Do you get angry? Do you complain? I don't know.
I should complain, but why bother. This asshole sells a LOT of boards, he should know better. This is an ebay purchase, so I'm definitely not busting anyone's balls here, but for the love of fuck, just protect the board when you ship it. I know you can't stop USPS from throwing a package around, just act like you fucking care about what you're selling when someone paid $130 for it.
Chances are, I'll have to replace a lot of the caps, which isn't a huge deal. I know a few guys that do that when they get an older board anyways. Of course, If I knew this was how he was going to ship it, I wouldn't have paid this much for it.
