Unless there's anything broken you probably wont need much in the way of parts, other than a fresh supply of pachinko balls if yours are corroded or rusty (and nobody likes corroded or rusty balls). Also see a note about the ramp covers below.
That playfield damage you see may even just be dirt from the balls, try using a qtip and some simple green to see if it cleans up.
As far as electronics/lights on the old pachinkos like what you have...they're about as basic as you can get. A switch under the top hopper lights up one light as a "ready" light of sorts. If the top hopper goes empty, the light goes out, and if it all works, a little gate should close in the shooting mechanism as well, just like the coin solenoid on a video game. The opposite light is a "win" light that lights up momentarily when you win.
Thats about it!
One tip I can offer...the ramps that the balls travel down from the hopper into the win queue/mechanism often are open on the top (missing covers). You either need those covers or rig something up. I used a piece of cardboard and a paper towel crunched up and stuffed in to keep the lid down. Otherwisde the balls start popping out of the ramps as you win.
They may be a dime a dozen but pachinkos are pretty cool to play and the vintage ones have that patina to them thats just cool on its own.
