So this should be simple but I can't find it. I have a pac cocktail with the screen rolling horizontally. It used to do it at startup but stopped after a minute or two. Now it keeps rolling. Monitor is a elecrohome G07. There are 3 white dials on one side closest to the flyback, two dials on the other, and the two flyback dials. None of the dials adjust this at all.

Am I missing something? I hate monitors & never work on them but this should be easy.

R504 (Horizontal Frequency) - 5K ohm Pot try adjusting but if you have not rebuilt this you may need caps and/or reflowing of the header pins because you may have cold solder joints which ultimately could be a sync issue from a cold solder joint. so if you can't adjust than you may have a bad pot, need a cap kit, and need a reflow of the chassis. (if you have to recap the chassis than you should always replace the flyback on a G07) if you need parts i stock them all and if you don't want to work on it yourself i would recommend contacting Paul400 on here because he can rebuild it for you.

sounds like your chassis needs a rework.

it sounds like the caps are failing and you have cold solder joints.

if you need parts i have them.

if you need it fixed or hit a brick wall, your welcome to send it in.

Peace
