(This is a new thread for the full set)
After vectoring the Pac and Pal instruction card entirely by eye and the inspiration from my custom Jr. Pac art set, I've decided to take on the challenge of designing a full set of Pac & Pal UR artwork for anyone to use if they have plans to make a custom dedicated P&P upright.

Here's a raster of the marquee I've started so far as a base to get the gist of the art, any feedback on the design is appreciated. FYI the Japanese translates to Pac & Pal.
Also attached is another raster of the work in progress instruction card. I am forced to use bad translations to fit in the space of the bubbles, which I find rather humorous.

I am pretty sure it would resemble the flyer in some fashion.

Thanks for the back of the flyer! I only had seen the front, that'll help a lot with Pac.

Thanks everyone so far for the encouragement!

Here we go, added Pac. I found it difficult to find a spot on the marquee for him that's not too intrusive on the text, so any feedback? Here are two variations.

Let me know your comments.

I LOVE the first, but if you do cut the text off, try to make it look more intentional, perhaps, like Pac Man took a bite out of it. Right now it just looks like a border effect on the characters covered the text and somebody didn't notice.

Better, but it's still not really clear that it's bitten. Maybe a bit more distinct and some crumbs or something? Not sure but it still doesn't 'read'.

Hm, crumbs might be a little excessive and distracting from the actual art, but I'll give it a try.

Both suggestions. I think the crumbs don't look too shabby.

I think the Namco logo is too large. I also think it would look a bit better if you can find a way not to cover the logo text.

i would prob buy some pac & pal stuff if you get it done..

I'm sure I will get this done art-wise.

I could get a small inkjet run done depending on interest. What prices would people be willing to pay? Like $60 per marquee on tempered glass, $50 a CPO? I'd be up for doing it.
Perhaps I should start an interest check?

Here's a version I have done with everything I like from the suggestions. I also shrunk the Namco logo per Tombo's suggestion and it does look a bit cleaner.

Boy, is graphic design fun!

Fantastic! The only thing I'd point out is that the crumbs are only in one spot out of two that could have them, though that may have been intentional.
