So does anyone make a replacement for Midway's Pac Man?
I am still thinking of what to do with my Midway/ Nintendo Vs cab. I guess it would be kinda cool to restore it back to a Pac, but the sides are pretty bad. I would also have to paint the front.

Damn....$299 is WAY too expensive for that. It would be cheaper to wait for a cab to come around. Thanks for the link though!
Wasn't the original artwork painted on? Like Defender??

Yes it was. As I said, 2 bits has the license to (exclusively) reproduce this artwork from Namco, which has been known o go after others who violate their copyright. If you keep your eyes open on eBay, sometimes leftover stuff from the past pops up. Sadly I do not think you will find stencils, which I agree would be much better than a sticker.

Phoenix has an art set. Not the stencils, but the art. Probably the easiest way to go. There are several people that sell stencils, but they take an extreme amount of work and attention to do them.

yeah and I wanted to do something simple. It is a cab that I am deciding to just sell as is or restore to a Pac. If there was a cheap way to do the art, I would just restore it.

IIRC, you sprayed yours. I've never seen the sticker art. Is it worth it? Should I just pull the trigger and be done? Or should I stencil?

Depends on how much time and effort you want to put into it. The original was painted right on the cab, so stenciling would be the way to go if you want it to look authentic. If you want it to look good without as much effort, these decals look pretty good (although I haven't seen a cab with them on up close)
