What are the options? Repros, NOS, underlays with new glass etc...Just trying to see how 'do able' a project I'm considering would be.

I just picked up one last week, so I am interested in the answer as well.....
The twobits stuff is pretty nice for the cocktail. There are resellers on ebay that sell cheaper than 2bits though.
I hope for your sake though that the art and glass is the only thing you need to acquire. parts for a pacman cocktail are not easy or cheap to find.
There is a glass cutter here by my house that said he would do the glass at $40 for regular glass or $60 for tempered(IIRC), That includes the beveled edges.I just picked up one last week, so I am interested in the answer as well.....

The suckiest part of this game is that the cabinet is all glued together. You can't just break it down to relaminate it.
I am currently scraping off the original art to reuse my scratched glass with the plastic underlay. All of them I have seen done this way look great. The scratches don't bother me at all, but I am not a perfectionist. You cannot polish scratches out of tempered glass - they are permanent.
