Had my Outrun mini working perfectly in garage...moved it to basement...and video was gone :(. Just seeing those lines, etc. Game plays blind. I'm going through the video board of the pcb to check for any loose roms. Any other thoughts?
thanks!

well as you said it could be that one or more of the chips on your board needs to be re-seated. If you don't have an IC puller I would buy one locally... http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2103244

So if you already re-seated all socketed chips etc...

Next looking at the screen I would guess it could potentially be a synch issue. I would trace all of the wires for anything obvious loose connections first. Another not terrible idea would be to check the harness / molex connectors and make sure everything is snug. Most likely being that you moved the machine and since it was working fine, likely it's just something that became loose.
