I have extras from my collection of parts.

2 Steering Wheel caps (both original) I went with a new cap from Mylstar because it was cheap at CAX and the best wheel I had didn't have the center mounting hole so I could hold on these original ones.

I also have two good steering wheels. The first one has more stronger substraight. The rubber isn't pulling away from the center core very much. Just a little at the top of the wheel, where you don't really hold on to it. You can only tell if you are trying to force the rubber away from the core, not during gameplay. There is a ding at the 12:00 position as if the rubber was leaning against something sharp for a very long time.

The second wheel has some damage to the rubber on the back side and under the center cap where someone put a lock washer under the cap/center screw. Both can't be seen when everything is mounted up.

I think that the substraight on the first steering wheel is a little better but the gloss sheen on this steering wheel looks better. I guess it's the finish is less dull. Both wheels are good replacements and if you had this on your original, you wouldn't think that either needed replacement. Neither could be considered new but both in great shape.
