I just bought an Outrun PCB from another KLOV member. The board had previously been off to see @parism at some point a few years ago. I installed it in my Outrun cabinet that presently has a Turbo Outrun conversion board in it, and fired it up.

The first time I powered it on, I briefly had video and it looked fine. I watched attract mode for a few seconds, then flicked the coin switch for a credit. At that moment, I lost the video signal completely. Screen went blank with just raster lines faintly visible.

I power-cycled the cab, and still only get a blank raster on screen. The raster lines move around a little bit but it's not trying to display a sort of actual image. I hear the attract mode, can add a credit and start to play. The first time I tried this, the picture VERY briefly blinked back on when I went off road and the shaker motor kicked on. After that it went blank again and I haven't gotten any other picture. Inputs all work fine, sound is fine, shaker motor activates. It reacts when I hit the Test button but I still don't see any picture.

The cabinet works fine with my Turbo Outrun board. The recently serviced K7000 displays a beautiful picture, so I'm confident it's not the monitor. I switched back to Turbo just to be sure the monitor hadn't kicked, and it displayed the image from Turbo Outrun just fine.

I took a look at the video board's video header, it looked like it had previously been reflowed, but I reflowed it again just in case there was a bad joint. No change. Attached is a picture of what I see on the screen when I power the game on. Ignore the big black line, that's actually a piece of foam tape peeling off the tinted plexi that I haven't dealt with yet.

If anyone has any idea of what to check or try I would really appreciate some tips!
