Looking to find a replacement for the Bridge Retifier that is used on the shaker motor in a Out Run UR cab.

Says its a RS 203 5N

ebay is pulling up RS203L which I'm not sure if that will work.

Didgikey or Mouser is pulling up search results in the thousands. Lol

Anyone know where I can find a direct replacement?

Thx

Before going down that path, make sure the part is indeed non working.

You can check DC voltage at the rectifier, it should be about 50v

But, since you have an issue with the motor, I would actually measure it at the SSR board, pins 1, 5 should have about 50V across.

If that is indeed the case, start a game and go off road. While you are off road, measure DC voltage across pins 2,3, they should be about 50V. If so, the SSR board relay is working. If not, but you are indeed getting good voltage from the rectifier, the problem is on the SSR board relay.

The SSR is dead as a door nail. I get 35v coming off the transformer but it dies at the BR. I tested the BR with live voltages and at the SSR pin headers.

I think the 203L should work fine. This chart's for the new ones the manufacturer makes but I think all that should matter for you is the number that comes after RS20.

I did indeed work when I fixed my buddies cab.
Thank you! I didn't even notice that you'd replied until I was searching again for compatibility of this part! I swapped the old shorted RS203 on my Outrun's sound circuit tonight with the RS203L I got from eBay, and I have my sound back!

Thanks so much for confirming!
