Been playing the tables on the pinball arcade app a lot.
Really love it.
But it was giving me that intense feeling of wanting to play the real deal.

hadn't turned on Black Knight lately so I fired it up and played over half a dozen games.
Oh man, it felt great to play the real thing. there is just something about that "feel."
the computer pinball will never be able to capture the tactile experience.....

You guys that live in bigger cities are dang lucky.
Around here the nearest pinball machine to play in a business is 90 miles away.
and there is nothing available to even buy.... or pretend to buy just to play it, for example today there is nothing for sale within 125miles of my location.

Just wanted to point out that you guys near the bigger cities have it good in regards to being able to live the pinball experience.
cheers.

If you want a tactile experience; get good at a solid state pin and then get good a electromechanical pin. They are both pinballs but they are different games!!

had an EM pinball but it was non-stop work to tweak it. EM pinball is best when someone else owns it, like a boat. :)

I like the variety of the newer machines but it's just sad that pinball doesn't exist out in public anymore.
as a kid i could play pinball in tons of places around town.

yesterday, if we had a pinball spot I'd have spent $20 or more playing and it would have been a cheap date with the wife. now pinball has turned into 5 minutes with a smart phone. bizarre.

It is quite fun on a Ipad. I had a friend show it to me on his. Much better than the phone. I need to see if I can get it to work on the wifes kindle fire. I have been told if you DL the app file and email it you can get it to work on a kindle. I have yet to try it.
