FS Game: Original Survivor Track and Field

My only modifications:

- swapped the jump and run buttons with groovy game gear leaf buttons. Still have the originals, but their contacts are worn and crate some game play issues...

- new monitor bezel - old one was faded and warped/torn

- new plexi - old was key scratched and swirled...

Thanks - it took me about 2-3 years to locate one and I was very fortunate to get one that was in amazing shape!
