Does anyone know if the Twisted Quarter Top Fire Sticks play as well as the original Ninja Gaiden sticks? When I compare pictures of the two they look almost identical. However, someone was telling me the other day that the ones I see on eBay are in fact the Twister Quarter Top Fire Sticks and the originals were actually made by Wico. I can't find anything to back that claim up, but regardless of who made them, I'd like to know if the Top Fire Sticks feel decent. They're cheap, and that makes me wonder if they feel cheap.

Original sticks that came with the kit were Wico leaf switch top fire sticks.

The stick from TQ is the kind you find on cranes.

When the wico sticks were no longer available, most ops put on the sticks mostly found on a game called Blockout by Technos. These are micro switch sticks.

Yeah, a friend was just telling me that the kit came with Wico Leaf switch top fire sticks. They look amazing. I have some Blockout sticks. They feel awful in my opinion. Then again, the ones I have could just be generics. It appears some companies were including the HAPP top fire sticks with the kit in a cabinet. Maybe that's why people think the HAPP top fire are the original sticks?

Well I was told they were originals when I bought them years ago, but now after digging them out they look a lot like the joystick you first posted in this thread. I don't see the word Wico stamped anywhere on them.

Those appear to be HAPP top fire sticks. If they are 8-way I'm still interested in buying them for a reasonable price though. Throw me a message if you want to sell them please.
