Ordering T-molding in > 20ft but < 250ft amounts

I was going to order a bunch of T-molding last night from gamemolding.com. At checkout time I was a bit put off by their shipping prices, so I wanted to compare prices with t-molding.com...

When I went to t-molding.com, I noticed on their site it says all t-molding ordered that is less that 250ft gets shipped in 20ft coils!

There is almost no information on gamemolding.com's site about anything, so I couldn't tell if they do the same thing. If they do it would be annoying because I will have to order more t-molding and a lot will go to waste. The worst example is my R-type which is slightly over 10ft per side, and is 5/8" which I won't be needing for anything else. I used the contact page at gamemolding.com and asked about this, but the site seemed to be barely working (lots of server errors) and I haven't received a response yet.

I was wondering if anyone has experience with ordering t-molding in more than 20ft but less than 250ft coils, and where you have to go for this.

Thanks!

I was dissapointed when I placed my first order with t molding.com. Five rolls of 20'....

I usually order 250' from Outwater but this was a color I don't plan on ordering again

Ok thank you.

Now if only the shipping wasn't so out of control...

Really? It's been awhile since I ordered from them, but the last time I did I remember the shipping being far more reasonable than tmolding.com. I'll have to check out their site...

I'm not saying they aren't cheaper (I don't know if they are, I didn't get around to comparing shipping), it's just that when I went to check out shipping was $20, so I was like "well I should get enough for a couple more games" and then the shipping was over $30. It's just annoying because I usually try to save on shipping by buying as much at once as possible... but it seems in this case it's not possible.

Outwater looks interesting... they sure do have a lot of weird shaped t-molding. When I saw some of the stuff in their catalog I was hoping they might have the strange double-decker t-molding that Atari used for the lower marquee holder on System 1 cabinets, but I didn't find such a thing.

I use gamemolding.com via the Ebay store they have.
Being in Canada everyone seems to want $20-22 to ship a 20FT roll.
IT'S F'N NUTTS !
But gamemolding ships 20FT for under $8 (off memory).
To be honest thats the only place I used, I just ordered 6 x 20FT rolls (different colors) and had Preston invoice me via PayPal, he only charged me $22 to ship all 6 rolls. He also broke the shipping up into 2 boxes to minimize the cost.

A++++++++++ all the way. It's the only place I use for my molding.

Molding

I usually get twisted quarters molding. Comes in a one length and shipping when I am placing a decent size order is always fair.

I dont use a whole lot but I have just been going thru Arcadeshop. You tell them your game and they send the correct amount. $10 per game. They did charge $10 shipping though but I did order other stuff at the same time so I dont know if shipping would be cheaper if you only get the moulding.

+1 for arcadeshops. I buy extra and other things to offset the shipping price & they are SUPER FAST shippers!
