Opinions: Turret Tower Arcade Game

ok, i have an arcade(for the public), that i am opening up soon and wanna know who has had a Turret Tower game before and are they safe to put in/on a location?

i am worried about the liability of them because i can see DANGER!, but looks cool as hell!!!

OPINIONS???

you should have insurance no matter if the games are safe or not
 
I played it once, it's a neat game, and I seem to recall the door needs to be shut otherwise motor power is cut. Perhaps the safety sensors were defeated (bypassed by jumper wire) due to either a back-order situation on parts or cheapness of the operator. I've operated many motion games, including Galaxy Force, and nobody was ever hurt. The potential was there, though. They need high supervision, expensive maintenance and even then they don't necessarily earn all that much anyway. Many people are too self-conscious to play moving games, but in a good spot they attract attention. Good for pulling people into your gameroom from the streets or concourses.
 
Thanks for the comments and yes I saw the google lawsuit! I am setting up my arcade as admission only, so just tryin to entice people to come more! All on free play.
