Opinions on this ESR meter kit

anatekcorp.com has something similar. I had the previous version of it and love it.
 
Its a pretty popular esr meter for a low range budget. I assembled one for a friend and it does a decent job. With most esr meters the most important part is getting familiar with it. The best way to do that is to take readings off new caps along with the caps your testing. I found that some values read marginal even when new. I use a cap wizard, its been money well spent.

I have that Atlas ESR70, but it's my only ESR so I can't really compare it to anything. It seems great to me though, for the money. There's a ebayer out of FL who sells it for $127 or so + some shipping. Very cool being able to test caps on board, for sure!

i like and use this model for ESR testing.
in or out of circuit it works great.

and for measuring the UF value, i use a fluke 115
