Just wondering what peoples' experiences have been using arcadecup for monitor / tv repairs?

chad is the man, there's a reason why there's a 30 place waiting list. Highest quality of work and very helpful

I have only had one repair done and I was impressed by the
level of service and sharing of knowledge. Would use again.

I agree. I sent him a Neotec 27E that was giving me fits. He tested it, found it was fine, called me and we determined that I had the wrong tube/yoke combination. He didn't charge me for the work!

I have never used him for repairs but have used him for parts. Always has given me excellent service, super fast shipping and good prices.

I can pretty much fix my own monitors, but he did repair a G08 for me a few years ago. I was very satisfied with it.

From what I understand, he no longer works on that monitor anymore.

I concur. Great work, great guy.

I do miss the good old days of cheaper prices and shorter wait time, but demand is up and he provides a quality service that is hard to find, so I understand.

He has done several repairs for me over the year. Most recently was a 6100 he rebuilt for my tempest. It was BEAUTIFUL!

Haven't had any monitors repaired by him but he's a great guy to buy/sell/trade parts back & forth with.

He sends me digital logic chips and I send him monitor components.

He communicates well and ships fast as well. I have ordered several flybacks from him.

I've only had good experiences with Chad. I had 2 monitor chassis repaired when all else failed in me trying to fix them. He charges a premium but don't all rock stars? I had like a 2-3 month wait.

2 monitors...WGK5515 med res and Nanao 20"...stuff nobody else will touch. Both worked out very well. No problems whatsoever.
