I'm thinking I might get into the Pro Pinball games on PS1. I love Pinball Arcade but there are times I just want to throw something similar on my little PSone with the LCD screen and Pro Pinball seems to have a strong resemblence.

I checked some YouTube reviews last night and although folks seem disappointed there's only one table per disc, the ball physics and table rules seem to be pretty decent for the vintage of those games.

Anyone have any thoughts on the series? Should I avoid?
I assume the display of the tabel is static, most videos I watched were set that way. Or does the game have an option to move the camera round the table like Pinball Arcade does it?

I reckon if I see a few of them cheap I might pick some up.

I have Pro Pinball for PC, and it is very good. Even compared to Pinball Arcade. The physics and simulation level of Pro Pinball is in my opinion still unmatched.
With the right momentum, the ball can even jump up and strike the playfield glass. Plus you have full access to the Operator menu, without buying any PRO pack (hint, hint).

The table is pre-rendered, so the camera can not be rotated, although there are several "views" to choose from. (NOTE: PSX version might be different!)

I like it a lot, though I have never played the PlayStation version.
