Weigh in with the flushcutters you grab when you need to remove chips from a pcb. I'm looking for a pair with really fine tips that can still get to packages that are soldered with the bottoms touching the pcb. I have a pair that doesn't quite get the job done.

Thanks!

Bob roberts also sells those flush cutters and even cheaper ones at only a few bucks off... great prices and order with a few arcade parts while you are at it.

I grabbed a pair at harbor freight an was really surprised how long they lasted in rough conditions . I think they were 4$ and lasted a solid 5 or 6 months being put through hell and back using them at work

The flush cutters I ended up with (I chose the ESD safe version) 175D has a built in safety clips, which I guess are to keep wire from shooting when clipping. However, it looks like they are getting in the way of cutting chips off of PCBs. I think I will end up having to remove the safety clips...
