I had someone ask me if I would be willing to place some of my games at his business but I have never done anything like this before. Since I have a few extra games that I am not putting in my shackade, I am leaning towards putting them at his site. So does anyone have any good tips for things that need to be specified in a contract?

I have zero experience with this, but I've heard 50/50 is a standard split and you may need an amusement license depending on your area. And whatever you do, don't let the shop owner have the keys to your games! ;)

I would put in there that you have the option to remove the games at will...Request to do so must be in writing...Any abnormal damage or theft will be the location owners responsibility to pay for or replace. Note that you have 24 hrs to respond to a service call. 50/50 is a normal split.. I had a contract once that stated revenue will be split 50/50 over the first 100.00 per wk. ( larger location where I had 20 games though)
Crane percentage can be at 50/50 as well as long as partner shares 50 percent of toy cost.
