So I am going to have this printed on a bumper sticker and cut it out for just a few dollars. It's the Operation Wolf start button decal. I scanned it while it is attached to the base of the gun . That metal is rusted and needs to be repainted, it will probably be sandblasted. It is 3 15/16" x 1 5/8". I can't seem to figure out how to color correct, sharpen, and remove the blemishes for it. Anyone want to help me out? Or is there someone on the board who would do it for a fee? I don't see any repos for this decal available.

scanned image located here - hope this works, first time using mediafire

In case anyone hasnt helped yet. Here is the .rar file with the jpg and .eps vector file. I didn't size it so you will have to do that.

Thank you! That looks awesome. How and what did you do it in? I am pretty computer literate but know nothing about graphic design. I use a piece of free software called Irfanview that is is mainly a viewer but if you dig a little in it you and do some editing with it. I can re-size it with Irfanview I think. Where Irfanview shines is batch file rename and convert which it does a great job of.

If I am really going to get into restoring arcades, I need to teach myself how to do this sort of work.

Thank you again, that looks awesome.

I use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for all my work.
For making files vector quickly I use software called VectorMagic
And to rename batch files and stuff I use a program called FileRenamer Basic

So I never know what the etiquette is when posting to forums if I should start a new one or reply to my own? Anyways, I have all the hardware stripped from my Operation Wolf cabinet, it is ready to be moved into my Dad's shop - he has a table saw. I have to repair the dog chew damage from around the base, paint, new T molding, and new CPO. Possibly new Bezel or perhaps buff out the scratches.

Also I purchased a Tekken 1 supposeofly working board from Ebay $32.50 shipped. It seemed like a good deal. I don't have a way to test it but the buyer supposeofly booted it up. So I guess I should be looking for an empty cab to put it in, or build a cab and buy all the parts? I am not sure how to proceed with that one.

I'll have to get some before and after pictures taken of the case damage on my Operation Wolf.

You could start a new thread since its about restoring a cab or putting together a new one. I would find a already done 2 player fighter cab to put Tekken in and if you are lucky you may just be able to plug it right in.

I still haven't uploaded it, well I have - but haven't been able to figure out how to make it print the same size. I'm dealing with it on a 11.6" screen netbook. So I have been waiting to deal with it on a big screen. I can have them print a second for next to nothing so when I figure out how to get a ruler on the screen etc I will have them print two and mail you one if you want.

So the image is too large? It seems as though it's about right to me. One way I checked the dimensions was I inserted it into word and looked at the size. Other programs go by pixels. Adobe pdfs can change the size too in properties. That'd be awesome to get a sticker!, who are you using?

what size you need it? i can change it.. or you can download a trial adobe photoshop and just change the size of it with that...

I'm uploading it into Cafepress onto a bumper sticker and was just going to cut it out with a papercutter. When I uploaded it though its like cafepress resized it. Two will easily fit on a bumper sticker. I have a big monitor I need to just hook up to the laptop and I can sorta measure it on screen or whatever that way.

I looked at the cafepress site and see your problem. That program just isn't set up for precision sizes. You could try to size it with the screen like you say, but I wouldn't worry too bad about the size of your monitor. The increase in precision isn't going to be that great. You'd want to scale the box they show and measure what you see, then use those to scale your sticker in. You could probably get away with stacking 2 in there as 1.625 isn't far from 1.5 (cafe sticker is 3x10), just depends on how exact you want the sticker to be.

If you aren't familiar with scaling, I can go into further detail.

thanks for posting this , wished i would have found it earlier, i even emailed Taito in Japan to see if the had some old stock and they did not so thanks again
