Somebody gave me an Operation Thunderbolt cabinet a few days ago. They said it worked good but the on/off power switch didnt work all the time and that they asked someone that knew about arcade machines to put a new switch in. Long story short for some reason they took out the power supply and put one in from a parts machine, now it dosent turn on at all. I have the power supply that was taken out along with the one that the person put in, but i have no clue where to start with checking the wiring... Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this cabinet or can you point me in the right direction to get this to power up again.

can you take some pics of the inside of the cab? We can probably better assist you with them.

Sure can... i'll go take some pics now

Ok, here are the pics... Just a lil more info... The on/off switch was bypassed altogether by whoever worked on it. The switch was supposidly the problem.... This is what they Replaced

I would just buy a wiring kit from bob roberts and replace all of that.

do you have a multimeter? (electricity tester)...

Yes i do... I just havent even attempted to plug the cabinet in because i dont know what was wired wrong, the guy i got it from said he electrocuted himself pretty bad trying to "reverse what his friend did"

From the amount of dust on everything, it dosent look like the power supply was touched, just the switching power supply

Ok, so i found the power problem.. One of the fuse sockets was bad, i replaced it with a new one, now i get power to the marquee, coin door lights up, guns work, game plays BUT the monitor dosent come on... Dosent sound like the monitor is turning on at all. I know nothing about monitors sooooo any ideas?

if a color is missing, it could be the tube itself, the color transistors or bad solder joints where the connector attaches...
