I've got a nice working operation thunderbolt for trade not really looking to sell

I'd like to trade for another shooter send some offers

I haven't seen this one come up often
It's in ok shape cab wise
Artwork is peeling slightly on one side
Nicks here and there
Player 1 guns has a bit of recoil left but goes out intermittently gun still fires just no recoil


The original tube was broke
I've put in a computer lcd and it plays fine

I do have the original chassis and frame and all wiring is still intact so if you wanted to put a tube back in you could

Would love to get a Area 51 cab and a primal rage cab

I've got house of the dead 1 but I'm looking for house of the dead 2

Open to other shooters and games just send offers

@KaBoom1701 I was able to find one and after spending 2 months trying to get it working and all the money spent, I've vowed never to look at this game again lol . Kudos to the OP who was able to place an LCD and getting it to work with the guns. Never thought that would be possible.

These guns are positional guns they act like a controller they do not depend on a crt for feedback

So you popped in an LCD and it worked, nothing special? Thought the optics needed feedback from the CRT

This game, terminator, beast busters,revolution x operation wolf are all positional gun games

There is no optics in the gun
Cover your gun and fire it will still work

Light gun games need feedback from crt

Operation wolf has optics in the gun.

The follow up game Thunderbolt did not.

This is the first cab I ever bought (and still have).

Guns are XY (aka big calibrated joystick guns) unlike other games that are "lights" guns and need a CRT.

Just an FYI, this is NOT a jamma game. It is jamma-ish.

Space Gun (rare) has the same pinout as this game and can be swapped in. Just set the start buttons to be used as foot pedals.

It uses potentiometers in the lower gun housing to know where the guns are aiming and can be calibrated for different size screens.

Hey there! Do you still possess this game? Hopeful for some graphical help. I am restoring one and putting together a full vinyl graphics set. Need hi-res pics of one side of the front corners (both angles). Hope you can help!

Any chance I could get a copy? Nobody makes a repro and mine is good but it needs a restore :/ I'd pay for materials and shipping and stuff

My cab is bad swoll so def needs wood hardening, sanding bondo and painting and new graphics

I'll still take pics for you when I'm off bud

Remember, you need to photograph both angles of that corner artwork separately, or the perspective won't be right. And same distance too! I'll merge them in photoshop. I have a vectorized file i was messing with and correcting when i had 2x cabs. I traded cabs and artwork went on back burner.

Who wants to take this over ? And what format do you want the vectorized art in ?
