Hello,

I have a 2-on-2 Open Ice Challenge game that is stuck in "Big Head" mode.

1. Does anyone have an idea of how to disable that particular cheat code?
2. Also, does anyone know what the full list of cheat codes is?

I found this list of cheats for the PC and was looking for an arcade comparable (assuming they're slightly different): https://www.ign.com/wikis/pc-cheats/NHL_Open_Ice:_2_On_2_Challenge_Cheats

P.S. I'm not able to do a full factory restore on the game because of a CMOS error.

Thanks for your help!

Thank you, Keith. Adjusted the dip switch and I'm good!

Replaced the coin battery a couple of weeks back, but still getting the CMOS error. Going to try a new security chip with one from a different board and see if that helps.

Really appreciate the quick reply. You're awesome.

Oh cool! Thanks, man. I've been able to enable the Gordie Howe one. I'll try these others! Exactly what I was looking for. 🙌

Was this board a conversion? If so that's probably why you're getting a cmos error. I know Rampage World Tour (for sure) and maybe Hangtime will not give the error. Without going back and checking the particulars, it has something to do with a different ram chip on different wolf boards.

CMOS error can not be fixed by a battery. This is the solution.

Thank you both. It's an original board, but the battery trick hasn't worked. Nor has swapping the security chip. It looks like I'll have to send it off for that 3-step repair that zenomorp attached. It's out of my wheelhouse. Appreciate the replies.

I made a postcard size cheat sheet and had them printed on some high quality card stock at FedEx. I updated the names of the cheats to match the in-game, on-screen naming convention. Happy to send one to anyone that's obsessive about this game as I am.

Thanks for helping me track these down, fellas!

If it's an original board, the chip swap procedure Zeno posted won't fix your issue. That is for conversion boards only.
