Dumb question, would this site be useful for just simply recording-keeping high scores not in a tournament setting?

The site is awesome, I love it. The 'arcade events' calendar is particularly cool.
Naturally, I've got a feature request.
How about an email-blast (for those who opt-in) announcing semi-impromptu informal beer/games/garage night WITHIN XYZ miles.
It would help get the word out and I'd be tempted to throw one myself.

Yep I'm still trying to track this down, it's annoying as hell I agree and only happening intermittently which makes it a giant pain in the ass to troubleshootI am attempting to sign up with Chrome... I am getting this error:
I have attempted to refresh/reload and re-try... same error. I have not messed with my cookies setting and get no such errors from any of the other sites I visit...
EDIT: I just checked and I don't have anything set to block cookies or what not... any suggestions?
Your problem could be with your CAPTCHA... using Chrome I put a check mark but nothing else happened... I am in the process of registering with Firefox and when I put the check it took me to a CAPTCHA "match" game... none of that happened with CHROME...
The Captcha uses different processes depending on user activity, it's not chrome.
OK... I am in using Firefox. Once in, I'm back to Chrome without issue thus far. Is this the appropriate place to make suggestions? If not, where?
It can do that or further challenges, it uses behavioural analysis to make the decision. What I am trying to say is that with Chrome, the Captcha did "nothing"... requiring me to "prove" I was human. Just check the box.

I just got the same thing trying to register on IE and Firefox. I'll try later at home.
I signed up because I like the way you say "laser printer."
Try again now, I banged it a few times with a hammer
Thanks it worked. I registered, but I'm still waiting for email on my hotmail account.
