I try to hit as many OPs, warehouses, storage units, etc as I can. It's amazing how much stuff is still around. Most of the time I strike some gold. May not be a big score but at least a pile of parts to sell. Saturday's road trip was proof that not everyone is a goldmine. This building was bad and the games were bad. Multiple critters were living large and there was a branch poking through the roof.

For the record -- The OP was as nice as could be and had another building that I pulled some pins out of.

All the classics would be worthwhile, if the price was right. Maybe 50.00 each for cabinet condition. You know what i'd do with them.. New cab, transfer parts, pitch original cab, repeat as necessary!

I'm glad that there are some of you guys around that would save that stuff for everyone. As for me, I can not think of a dollar figure which would convince me to haul that crap out.

Since I'm new to this, how does one find out about these warehouse, barns, etc? I would love to have a enduro racer, and would Diffently pay for a new cab. So this is very interesting to me

I hate to say it, but I've seen worse! I remember one operator that stored his cabinets in a old barn on an farm. Every cabinet was covered with 20 years of chicken droppings. Even remember several critters that have nested in the bottom of the cabinets, including a baby goat who refused to vacate a 'Rally-X' cabinet.

Jump Shot. Don't hear about that one very often.

Runs on Pac hardware?

That doesn't look too bad. I see some worthwhile parts in there. Depends on what the guy will sell for. If you can get the games for $25 or less and part them out on site, it could be a good little haul. Some cabs look like you could save them too. It is a bunch of dirty work, but that is the fun of it to me.
If you don't buy them, maybe pass them on to someone who will want them in your area, so they can save them before they rot in the ground.

I can see a lot I'd happily grab from there if the prices were right, I've discovered the wonders of wood routers and using junk cabs as templates! :D

Is this anyplace near Morris, IL? I'm looking for some dead pinballs for winter projects.
