Once in a lifetime will you get the chance to purchase this collectors item!!!

Star Wars cockpit in Texas, HUO, second owner
Not mine, I would not sell one if I ever got one lol
Guess i'm on my 3rd life since this is the 3rd one I had a chance to buy

I purchased this game from the original owner. He actually worked on the assembly line putting these machines together. It has never been in an arcade. It was home use only.

For serious Star Wars fans.

Only 2450 of these ever made! Of them only about 500 know to exist... 300 of which work...maybe 100 have the 25" amplifone!

The refurbished ones without original parts and 19" monitors sell for approx. $7000.00. This is original with the 25" amplifone monitor!

ONCE IN A LIFETIME WILL YOU GET THE CHANCE TO PURCHASE THIS COLLECTORS ITEM!!!

1983 Star Wars Cockpit.....The Holy Grail of Video Games

The model # is 27903. The serial # is sd02100. All parts as far as I can tell are original. No replacements have been added. The game is very sturdy and will last forever.

This model has the highly sought after 25" amplifone in it. The part # is A-200011-01.

It comes with all the original manuals and paperwork. I also have the keys for it.

I played this game often at my house with my friends. It is great when you have people over hanging out. Also a nice conversational piece.

There are some minor knicks and scratches aswell as a couple small pieces of the wood damaged. All to be expected of a relic this old. All are easily repaired. I was going to do it but felt the buyer may want a professional to do the work as to gaurantee no problem with future appraisal.

For shipping, I have a friend that owns a UPS store and will give a discount price when you call and mention this ad. The number is 972-644-8660. Ask for Cliff.

I prefer you to pick the game up so you can see working conditions. Collector games this old are very delicate to shipping. However I can ship it for you for about a $700.00 fee ( inside the U.S.) and have it delivered to your home. The price may vary depending on your location and fuel prices. After end of auction we can work out logistics. Also you will need to pay for insurance if you wish to have it. I suggest it. It will need to be crated. I will do this for you and provide you with a reciept of the cost. Or you can choose to do the freight shipping calculator and go that route or handle logistics yourself. I will not handle the shipping cost for you. I will help you with logistics being I know people in the shipping trucking industry. The item will not ship until shipping of your choice is paid by you. You will have to pay in full at ending of the bid. No payment plans. For sale as is. No returns. No exceptions. I cannot gaurantee how long this game will work without any parts to be updated. As I stated all is original at this time as far as I can tell.

I only accept PayPal.

Please contact me with any questions regarding this awsome game.

I just played this game again today....man does it ROCK!!!! (12-28-09)

On Dec-30-09 at 17:12:57 PST, seller added the following information:

I was asked a question about the counter. It has the number of 999813. I believe this was either worked on or replaced. According to the Accounting and Game Times Display....The coin accounting information, whichis the first four statistics of the display, CANNOT be reset. The left mech. reads 0 and the right mech. reads 1. The reason for the 1 is I put in a coin to make sure all was working properly. All reads are from date of manufacture...so it verifies what the original owner states that it was never in an arcade.

i believe that new cabs counters start somewhere in the 9999xx range

hitting the button inside the door doesn't register on the counter

but 7k retail?

im sure entire warehouses of SW went for less

and home use only dosent mean mint just better than a commerical unit. It got dropped out of a van or something by the look of it no biggie a bit of body fill and paint but ive seen nicer cockpits for less

Good luck selling, since i played it at a pizza place years ago ive wanted a cockpit

not sure where you get the 7k from???
didn't think an bid of 3200 is out of the price range...if I had 3200 lol

"The refurbished ones without original parts and 19" monitors sell for approx. $7000.00"

i think hes talking about the on screen diagnostics, only 1 mechanical counter right?

I purchased a truly HUO Star Wars cockpit with original 25" Amplifone and it had all the original manuals..very low plays and no flaws to the cab...$2500.00 fully working...I don't think THEY ARE going to get anywhere near 3200.00 for that in this market..not that it isn't nice and rare...but with economy and flaws..I would think THEY need to drop that price a bit...
The Price Police has spoken...:D
