How many machines have these? I never knew they existed until I got my Ms. Pac!!!! Is it a safe way to turn the machine off at night, or should I just keep unplugging it?

They pretty much all have on/off switches. Unless you think the switch is faulty, just turn the game on/off with the switch.

my stupid burger time mini (counterfeit) doesn't have an on/off.
I rigged on in though as I am making it a 60 in 1 for someone.

This reminds me of that game that was posted on here over a year ago or so where the guy had cut a hole in the front of the game near the coin door and wired a wall switch to the front of the cabinet to turn the game on/off.

I am pretty sure that my pleiades cocktail did not have a switch. It only had a lever that turned it off when the top was opened.

Anyways, I also use a surge protector to turn everything off when not in use.

I found that my Candy leaks about 60v to the frame even when turned off at the psu.

All my game switches stay "on" and get turned off w/ a power strip.

I don't think Track and Field has an on/off switch (not 100% sure, since I rebuilt mine from a stripped cab). The manual doesn't make any mention of one.

I have 4 games on a power strip, but only two turn on immediately. One is MAME and has to be turned on manually. The other has an easily accessible power switch. Start up uses more power, so I prefer to stagger start ups.

Track and Field has a switch connected to P2 pins 1 and 5. Odd design for sure. Might be an interlock switch.
