Omega Race in the mini cabinet. $650

This game comes from my personal collection. It is fully restored and fully working. It was part of my "infamous" Omega Race trifecta, see
http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=218875

I'm going to declare that you will not find a nicer Omega Race mini, anywhere! (IMHO)

Many photos here:

New t-molding and leg levelers.
Has quarter coin mechs and coin bucket.
LEDs installed to illuminate marquee.
New speakers.
New pushbuttons and leaf switches.
ORDS equipped for perfect spinner operation.
New blue film on monitor.
Monitor given my extensive vector rebuild. Vectors are bright, sharp, and crisp.
Power supply rebuilt.
Big (and expensive) filter capacitors replaced.
New AC cord, new fuse holders.
All electrolytic caps replaced on game boards. Any suspect sockets and other components were replaced. Remote NiCd battery installed so game remembers high scores when turned off. All header pins replaced on game boards. All connectors going to game boards were replaced.
Control panel is in beautiful condition.
Cabinet is in excellent condition.

Prefer cash-and-carry sale. Game located in Maple Grove, MN. Please PM me if interested.

Thanks - Alan

So.... who's making a road trip from MN to Johnson City, TN???

- Don

Heck, that's only a 2,000 mile round trip. <grin>

I've got crazy friends who will drive 1,000 miles, spend half a day at a gun show, then turn around and drive back!

Has the paint inside the shroud area been worn off at the back? Or is that just a reflection? I had a lot of fun playing this game in cocktail form.

Personally, I wouldn't consider it wear since it's not due to use or physical contact.

The black paint in that back corner region above the bezel has faded a bit in a few areas just due to age. It's only noticeable when you shine a bright light (or a camera flash) back there. I elected to leave it in original condition rather than throw a coat of black spray paint on it.

Edit - It's also certainly possible that it just wasn't sprayed well at the factory in the first place.

A new bump for the new year

I bought his cocktail machine and all I have to say is if you ever get a machine from mnrocketry, you're getting the best. His attention to detail when cleaning up these machines and making them work is top notch.

$650 is a flat out steal for this. Even with an additional $200 to ship it--it would be an amazing deal.

Wow I cant believe no one has bought this.. I have a full size UR, but
a cabaret would help with the space sitiuation..

How wide/tall is it?

Interested in putting it on a pallet? Navl wants to much money.

Sure looks pretty..

I picked up the Battlezone mini of his and I could not agree more. Great seller. I'll be back for an upright or two of his if he ever parts with them.
