The parts list calls for a ceramic cap, and the cap looks like a glass diode. Searching mouser doesn't yield anything specific when searching. Will a normal ceramic disc capacitor work as a replacement, or do I need to get a multilayer one that has axial leads like this one?

I have multiple caps to replace, but for an example, one is listed as a 220pF 50v CER. I could use any of these parts, I'm guessing? Is one better than the others? Or is something else better?

There's nothing special about those glass caps as far as arcade boards are concerned. They're really just ceramic caps encapsulated in glass. You can replace them with any equivilent capacitance/voltage rating component.
