If you could only populate your small arcade with games from 1975-1980, which 3 games would you choose? My 3 choices:

Sea Wolf
Boot Hill
Sprint 2

Computer Space
Space War
Boot Hill

Isn't Boot Hill just awesome? I have been lusting after this game for some time now. I hope one pops up locally.

Yes it is. I got mine from ArcRevival many years ago as a project. It took a LONG time getting it running right but I liked it enough to stick with it. It was worth it. It's a fun and simple game to play, even young kids enjoy it.

Interesting time period, however, there were a lot of great 1980 games that I think may of us have, or want to have in our collections.

Pac Man
Missile Command
Asteroids Deluxe
Tempest
Battlezone
Defender
Berserk

Practically an all star team of classic games right there. Pretty hard to make a top 3 and not have one or three of those selected.

Now if you were to say 79 or older, I think we would have few more unique choices.

Stop your complaining and just pick 3.

:D

As others have stated the inclusion of 1980 changes things, but for a pre-80 lineup your choices nearly mirror mine other than I would pick Asteroids over Boot Hill. I have fond memories of playing Sea Wolf through-out the 80s (and have a project to get to one day), and remember playing my brother in Sprint 2 whenever we found it during the 80s. I recently sold a nice Gun Fight project to a local friend that I hope to buy back soon, but if a complete Boot Hill project showed up locally I wouldn't turn it down :).

Since 1980 was included though I would say:
Sea Wolf
Bezerk
Asteroids Deluxe

Gun Fight (I remember playing this in the arcade when it was new in 1975)
Asteroids
Pac Man

Maneater - One of the neatest looking cabs made!
Breakout - A friend of mine has one, I would love to see it playable.
Night Driver - I've owned mine for years, so that's 1 out of three already.
