Okay, THIS got a laugh outta me...

Eh - I wouldn't complain. $200 for a dedicated Galaxian that only needs monitor repair isn't bad at all. Especially if it has the original monitor - those 4500's are cool :)

I didn't know they made 19" rear-projection monitors back then...guess I'm out of the loop.

@Ian...no, $200 is fair for the cab, I just thought the "monitor bulb" was good for a laugh is all.
 
I think it's a common misconception among non-technical folks. I've read and heard people say the monitor needs a bulb quite a few times. If only it was as easy as replacing a bulb. :D

That was the story behind the Asteroids I got... the ad said "it could be as easy as replacing a bulb"
 
I actually would've been interested in the cab, but I just don't really get into Galaxian...if it were a $200 Galaga, yes. Galaxian? Eh, not so much.
