Looks like a Dig Dug style cab; same profile but different coin door. Also looks like single joy originally.

Converted to a Tetris with sides painted over blue (thick and not a pro job) and Tetris art applied, so no luck there.Screenshot_20250925_174311_Facebook.jpg. None of the original interior wiring was left at all, just the coin box. :(

So - what was this game originally? With the quality of the sides, I'd be shocked if it was a factory conversion.

CCC = Crystal Castle Conversion, looks like you came across something similar in 2011:

Being a conversion, probably a control panel swap from Dig Dug or Kangaroo/Arabian.

Probably a Kangaroo or Arabian converted to Crystal Castles, then to Tetris.

This sounds plausible - a factory conversion to Crystal Castles (CCC01 "Crystal Castles Conversion" and the CK00053 "Conversion Kit" on the neatly-applied sticker) then an op conversion to Tetris. Guessing the op kept the original trac-ball control panel that threw another one in there, tho, (why?) as that center hole is too small for any trac-ball.

It's like a game of Clue that we'll never get all the answers to!

Well, damn. I hadn't even recalled that!
