Like the others near Philly, I'm about an hour and a half from AC (either I drive a little slower or they are closer to the blue route)
But I'm down the shore (near Sea Isle / Ocean City) most weekends during the summer.

Yeah, me too, believe me. And Chris, Phet, John, Keith, etc - but it was literally weeks of nonstop packing and prep. House still has not sold and we are stuck in rentals until it does sell, and I get a new job, and we save the 80K cash for a new down payment on the next house.

Anyone want to buy a beautiful house in La Crosse WI for a h*ll of a deal?
