The "preview" will be all weekend I assume just like last year. The folks who put games on the floor to play will pull those games in to an auction format. Assume they will have prices in them before hand and anything that doesn't sell or people don't want to load will be at auction. Also the owners can buy back the games for 10 bucks or something if it doesn't reach the price they are OK with. Saw lots of people buying back machines last year. Just heads up.

Who needs auctions? Just put the price on it that you would like to get, the buyer can make an offer if they don't like it, and the seller can reject the offer if they don't like that. If the show wants a cut then so be it.

Yeah I agree - I thought maybe some machines external to the show would come in to play last year. I sold a game but outside of the auction.

Maybe it will be different this year

This will be my first time there. Is there a parking lot flea market or were you just selling it out of the back of your car?

I brought my Defender in for play - got in for free - put a price with my telephone number on it. All of this was done inside the show on the floor. I talked to the guy interested and I think he was waiting to buy it if I put it in the auctions (which is inside as well) but I wasnt interested in that. When he realized I wasnt putting in auction I was going to load it up and take it home he bought it.

Just take whatever you would have for sale inside and put a price tag on it etc...

There were several broken machines there for sale people just brought inside and set to the side. Same process with the Pinball machines.
