Oh you have got to be shitting me

bout the 20th time its been mentioned on here, god help us and and dont let the star wars cab chair come back up on ebay

Although it sucks for what it is, if this dude sold it as a kit (all the pieces seem to be there aside from art) it's not that bad a deal, especially if you offer less. He's done a good job getting it all working, although... everything else... not so much.

It's just a supergun (with a big ass PSU) and an arcade board - it's not really that big of a deal. Shit like this sells on some other arcade forums all the time. For younger players it's a great way to play original arcade games when you're not spoiled with redunculous amounts of square footage or cash to own the big plywood boxes.

That thing is pretty fugly though - He would benefit from a mini-psu and a project enclosure for it. WOW.

that's almost as bad as a trackball on a Pacman... almost

Just put this together. It's going in a fully restored Pacman cab with a 60-1: Ultimarc Mag-Stik Plus, Happ 2 1/4" Trackball and yes...all three buttons. I call it the ArcRevival special. :)

That's actually really nice.

This is my favorite part of the auction:

"Item condition: Like New"

I know things like this are made all the time, but people usually use a nice wood case at least.

Look at the power supply picture, and video connector picture, it looks like he busted a whole in the plastic with a hammer, and stuck the item over it. It's not even close to well done.

He made the controls out of wood, so why not a nice box for the rest. Maybe he'd have an easier time busting holes in wood as opposed to plastic.
